Annual Report

CBSE RESULT

Work speaks more than the words and regarding our Academic performance our efforts, our endeavor speaks where in class XII our students, lovelites brought laurels to the school by achieving 556 distinctions out of 238 students. 231 students got Ist division and 26 IInd divisions. In the science stream Paras Kapoor scored 94.8% and in the commerce stream Divya Aggarwal brought honour with 95% marks. Even in Humanities our lovelites brought laurels by achieving 82.6%. Along with the class XII, Class X students are not lagging behind. We have 573 distinction in all and Rinkle Dang, R. S. Sanjana and Shivangi Gupta made us proud by scoring 10 C.G.P.A. In Class X out of 236 students we have more than 22 students who have scored more than 9 C.G.P.A

CELEBRATIONS

Saraswati Pooja

To invoke the blessings of Goddess of knowledge, Sarawati Pooja was performed to mark an auspicious commencement of the session for a successful year ahead.

Baisakhi Celebration

Baisakhi is the harvest festival of India and it was celebrated by L.P.S. (Middle Unit). Best speakers presented their speech and told the importance and expressed their views on Baisakhi and then started the Solo Dance Competition ands they performed on different numbers. It was very entertaining and full of fun.

Earth Day Celebration

Earth day was organized in L.P.S on the theme “Best out of waste”. Students made beautiful folders out of waste material. Students realized a sense of belongingness and learned how to become resourceful, creative and innovative. Students came with new ideas and showed their enthusiasm.

Mother’s Day

There is a one person in our life whom we can trust and can rely upon blindly and that is “Hmari Maa” Maa Shabad me jo garima, jo apantav hai veh shayad duniyan ke kisi shabad me nahi hai.

Environmental Awareness Week

It was started with a wonderful & an energetic workshop by Ms. Neha from ‘Art of Living’. The main issue was the cleanliness of river Yamuna. All sung ‘Meri Dilli, Meri Yamuna’. It had filled a spirit of being a responsible Delhites in each & every student and teachers as well. We all took the pledge of keeping our city and our Yamuna clean. It was a wonderful session.

Guru Purnima

When we surrounding ourself to our gurus with a faith, to achieve something in life only then we get something in life.

Rakhi Celebration

India is a nation of love & brotherhood & that’s the main theme of our festivals. Raksha Bandhan is a symbol of love and a strong bond between brother & sister. Our students made beautiful Rakhi’s and sent them at the border for the soldiers who are fighting for us and making our lives secure.

Janmashtmi Celebration

India is the only place in the globe where all the festivals are celebrated in the most playful manner. We can witness every shade of the Rainbow through our festivals. In the similar manner Janamashtmi was celebrated. The spiritual aura was everywhere around students depicting various phases of Kanha’s life. Dances were also done with all the ‘Hav-Bhavs & Mudras’. The audience applauded a lot. It was a breath taking programme.

Independence Day Celebration

14th August was celebrated as the eve of Independence day. Students performed dance and different items on patriotic songs. Dr. Inder Malik was the chief Guest for the occasion and he appreciated the efforts of the children a lot.

Investiture Ceremony

Leadership inculcates a sense of responsibility and positive attitude among students. Duties and responsibility are hand in glove with power both incomplete and meaningless without the other. The main aim of reposing duties to the senior most students is to instill a sense of positive leadership. So, Investiture Ceremony was organized to allot duties and responsibilities to bring out bright students. Shubham Goyal was selected as the Head boy of the school and Harneet Kaur was selected as the Head Girl of the school.

TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION

Though the teachers are always regarded and respected but 5 september becomes a very important day for them and our students also made it very special for them by celebrating it and honouring them. On that day they especially performed on the stage and made the day memorable.

GANDHI JAYANTI

We cannot inculcate the good habits and values by only preaching them, the implementation in necessary. So, school also celebrated Gandhi Jayanti on October 2 to make the children aware of his preaching.

CHILDREN’S DAY

The love the passion the warmth always important in everyone’s life especially in the life children because all these thing become pillars of their approaching life and Children’s Day celebration remind us of such love and warmth showred by our Chacha Nehru.

REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION

Generally it is observed that students are very much aware about Independence Day but they are ignorant about Republic Day. So to convay them the meaning of Republic Day School celebrated Republic Day with the children's participation.

CROWNING GLORY TO MR. RAJESH AGGARWAL

It was never to be forgotten chapter in the history of school when N.L.P. Branch felicitated Mr. Rajesh Aggarwal an eminent Motivational speaker who with his megical techniques grooming the teachers for their total personality development. It was really an enriching occasion to witness such a gala occasion where teachers got and give the message “Change Attitude Change Life.” Various competitions were organized to from time to time by the school to unleashed the talent of the lovelites. Art competition, Singing competition, Dance competition, Reading Competition Shlok Recitation, Slogan writing competition, Mask Making competition etc.

RPM Declamation

L.P.S. very prestigious even, that R.P.M declamation contest was organized and again our lovelite Rinkle Dang won the first prize. This event always allows the students to express their thoughts provoking ideas on various social issues. Again school was taken to the Zeniths heights by Shivangi Sharma, Rinkle Dang and Neha Singh by winning the District Level competition in English extempore and debate respectively.

RPM Declamation

Many students added the feathers to the cap of the school by participating in various zonals competitions. It was a proud moment when Shivangi Sharma of XI-A2 won the Science Debate competition, Shivangi Gupta of XI-C won the English Extempore, Rinkle dang, Neha Singh Won the English debate and jasleen kaur renu was also badge with first Prize in essay writing competition.
